About the event
Founding members and those considering becoming members are welcomed for a morning of yoga, gratitude, conversation, and connection!
We’ll start with an accessible, all-levels practice from 10:30–11:30 a.m. (Only 36 spots available for the yoga practice first come, first served!)
Afterward, we’ll take a moment to thank the founding members who helped make this studio possible and share some of the vision and intentionality behind Intera Yoga.
We’ll talk briefly about our studio etiquette as a shared practice of collective care to support our core values, including choice, accessibility, respect for difference, and connection.
We’ll open the conversation for questions, add our hopes and intentions to a community wish jar, and settle in for a potluck-style hangout!
If you’d like to bring a snack or drink to share, you’re welcome to, but bringing something is completely optional.
