Are you ready to finally land in a new neighborhood yoga studio rooted in accessibility, functional movement, trauma sensitivity and lifelong learning?
More Than a Yoga Studio
Intera Yoga is the seed of a vision. It's a collaboration between teachers and students who share the belief that yoga can help us practice being human together. Through movement, learning, conversation, and community, we create opportunities to reconnect with ourselves, each other, and the world around us.
We wanted a place where someone could attend their first yoga class, take a trauma-sensitive workshop, complete a teacher training, and still feel at home years later. We offer something different than the performance-based atmosphere often found in fitness spaces, or the whispery "yoga teacher voice" and "good vibes only" culture common in some wellness communities.
Yoga, Education & Community
As St. Augustine's dedicated non-heated yoga studio, Intera Yoga will offer a diverse schedule of classes including Vinyasa, Hatha, Slow Flow, Yin, Restorative, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, along with opportunities to explore the broader teachings of yoga both on and off the mat.
In addition to weekly classes, we'll offer Yoga Teacher Trainings, continuing education programs, workshops, and special events throughout the year. Our teachers are committed to thoughtful facilitation, remaining forever students of the practice themselves.

Membership terms begin on Intera Yoga's official opening date, and includes unlimited regularly scheduled yoga classes during the membership term.
Workshops, special events, teacher trainings, retreats, and continuing education programs may require separate registration unless otherwise noted.
Memberships are for the named purchaser only, non-refundable, and may not be transferred, shared, sold, or assigned to another person.
Intera Yoga intends to open in 2026. In the event of unforeseen delays, Founding Membership benefits will begin upon the studio's official opening date. Purchasers will receive periodic updates regarding progress and opening timelines.
