This Venue Agreement supplements the Intera Yoga Participant Agreement & Liability Waiver that you have previously completed. By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Venue Acknowledgement

I understand that this Intera Yoga offering is being held at Renew Physical Therapy and Wellness, LLC d/b/a Renew Strength and Wellness ("Renew"), an independently owned and operated facility.

I agree to comply with all posted policies, instructions, and reasonable requests of both Intera Yoga and Renew while participating in activities at this location.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, I voluntarily release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Renew Physical Therapy and Wellness, LLC d/b/a Renew Strength and Wellness, together with its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, and assigns, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, actions, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in Intera Yoga offerings at this location, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct as prohibited by law.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have carefully read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Venue Agreement.
