Personalized private yoga sessions specialized in Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY). These one-on-one meetings offer a safe, inclusive environment to explore movement and mindfulness at your own pace.
Cancellation Policy
Please review the following policies before booking. • You may cancel your reservation online up to 2 hours before class. • If you cannot attend, please cancel as early as possible so another participant may take your place. • Outdoor classes may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather. Registered participants will be notified by email. • Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class whenever possible.
