Rooted in Taoist philosophy and traditional Chinese medicine, Yin Yoga offers longer-held, mostly floor-based postures, this slow and meditative practice invites you to slow down, cultivate awareness, and explore flexibility and mobility while working with the body's deeper connective tissues. Cancellation Policy

Please review the following policies before booking. • You may cancel your reservation online up to 2 hours before class. • If you cannot attend, please cancel as early as possible so another participant may take your place. • Outdoor classes may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather. Registered participants will be notified by email. • Some community partner locations require a venue-specific agreement in addition to the Intera Yoga Participant Agreement. If applicable, links will be included in your booking confirmation email. • Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class whenever possible.
