Join us for Community Yoga at Alfred's, the last Sunday of every month, where you can connect with friends an hour before the venue opens!. Enjoy a rejuvenating class that embraces our inclusive spirit. Stay afterwards and enjoy pizza, pasta and drinks. Experience a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the heart of Intera Yoga's mission to create a community-centered wellness space for all.

Cancellation Policy
Please review the following policies before booking. • You may cancel your reservation online up to 2 hours before class. • If you cannot attend, please cancel as early as possible so another participant may take your place. • Outdoor classes may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather. Registered participants will be notified by email. • Some community partner locations require a venue-specific agreement in addition to the Intera Yoga Participant Agreement. If applicable, links will be included in your booking confirmation email. • Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class whenever possible.
