Yoga in the Garden at the Lightner Museum (Pay What You Can)

About The Practice

Join us for a welcoming Saturday morning community yoga practice offered in the Radzinski Garden on the Trefry Family Green behind the Lightner Museum! The class may be adapted to cater to needs of the individuals in attendance. The physical yoga practice is complemented by opportunities for breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness. Modifications will be encouraged, and physical assists are available upon consent. Pay what you can by either cash or Venmo donation. There is no minimum contribution and no expectation to pay later or purchase anything else. Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, towel, water, sunglasses, sunscreen, bug spray, personal props or anything else that may make practicing on the lawn more comfortable!
