Begin the day with one of two free yoga classes, then stay for an afternoon of acoustic music, refreshments, conversation, and community. Come for a class, stop by the open house, or spend the whole day with us.

An accessible, breath-centered movement practice with options for different bodies, needs, and levels of experience.
