If you have not yet completed the Intera Yoga Participant Agreement & Liability Waiver, please do that first. This Venue Agreement suplements that document. By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Venue Acknowledgement

I understand that this Intera Yoga offering is being held at Alfred's Theatre, LLC, an independently owned and operated facility.

I agree to comply with all posted policies, instructions, and reasonable requests of both Intera Yoga and Alfred's while participating in activities at this location.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, I voluntarily release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Alfred's Theatre, LLC, together with its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, and assigns, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, actions, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in Intera Yoga offerings at this location, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct as prohibited by law.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have carefully read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Venue Agreement.
