Instructor Workshop: Hands-On Assists & Adjustments

Together we will explore the difference between, and the benefits of, effective hands on assits and hands on adjustments in the teaching of yoga. We will discuss trauma-sensitive techniques, and consent. We will also explore how to protect yourself, your own energy, and how to discern the appropriate time to utilize hand-on techniques in your teaching.

This workshop is intended for certified yoga instructors, or instructors in the process of obtaining their certificate.

RYTs are eligible for 3 CEUs.
