About The Practice
Restorative and Yin Yoga may look similar from the outside. Both are quiet, floor-based practices with longer-held shapes, but they offer the body very different experiences. Join Michelle Soto-Rivera for an exploration of these two deeply nourishing practices. You’ll learn how Yin uses time and gentle stress to engage the body’s connective tissues, while Restorative Yoga uses intentional support to invite release, ease, and rest. Through conversation and guided practice, you’ll have space to experience both approaches in your own body, and discover which kind of support might serve you in different moments. No previous Yin or Restorative experience is needed. All bodies and levels of experience are welcome.

Cancellation Policy
Please review the following policies before booking. • You may cancel your reservation online up to 2 hours before class. • If you cannot attend, please cancel as early as possible so another participant may take your place. • Outdoor classes may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather. Registered participants will be notified by email. • Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class whenever possible.
