5 Weeks to Build a Healthier Connection with Your Pelvic Floor

Week 1:

BREATHING

Learn how the diaphragm and pelvic floor work together as a pressure system. Learn how your breathing influences your pelvic floor movement and how to coordinate the two effectively.

Week 2:

POSTURE, FEET & JAW CONNECTION

Learn how your jaw, feet and pelvic floor are linked through your body's fascial and postural chains. Explore how tension or alignment at the top and bottom of your body affects your pelvic floor function.

Week 3:

YOUR PELVIC FLOOR

Dive deeper into the anatomy of your pelvic floor and function, including support, control, and the difference between relaxing and contracting the muscles. Learn to find and gain better awareness of your pelvic floor muscles.

Week 4:

YOUR DEEP CORE

The pelvic floor is part of the 'deep-core' canister along with the diaphragm, and muscles like the transverse abdominis and multifidus. Learn how these muscles work as a team and how to manage pressure during movement.

5 Inside-Out Pelvic Floor Sessions for $25 off!

The pelvic floor is part of a connected system, and the best way to support it is to understand and train the system as a whole. Each session in this series builds on the one before it, giving you a complete picture of how your body works and how to effectively combine the techniques provided.

You'll start by learning to breathe in a way that supports your pelvic floor, then see how your jaw, posture and feet influence it from above and below. From there, you'll learn to find, strengthen and fully relax the pelvic floor itself, connect it to your deep core, and finish by building the glute strength that supports your pelvis in everyday life! By the end, the pieces come together into one coordinated whole.

You'll walk away from this series with:

  • A clear understanding of how your pelvic floor works and why it matters

  • Practical breathing, posture and strengthening tools you can use daily

  • The ability to connect what you learn about your anatomy to your everyday movements

  • A strong foundation you can carry into your yoga practice, exercise routine, and the different stages of your life

Dr. Casey Mosos, PT, DPT, PCES, CLT, Cert. FDN is the founder of Inside Out Pelvic Health & Wellness. She graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, and spent the last two years traveling across the country as a physical therapist—serving communities in Texas, Colorado, Washington, Georgia, and now, finally, returning home to Florida.

During her time as a travel PT, she worked alongside and was mentored by fellowship-trained orthopedic, manual, and women’s health physical therapists. Each new place, each new patient, and each new challenge strengthened her passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies and find freedom in movement.

Her mission is deeply personal. As someone who navigates having pelvic and thoracic endometriosis herself, she understands the frustration, fear, and isolation that pelvic pain can bring. She personally sought out the best resources, trainings, and strategies—and now is committed to bringing that same support, clarity, and hope in her community. She aims to create a place where people feel safe, supported, and empowered to reclaim their health from the inside out!
